1. The truth is that CAC online service was a bit slow and not optimal last week, that could be the cause of the delay.
2. Your pickup State could also be the reason behind the delay, as they are the ones who get to respond to your application, if they are not so fast then that could cause a delay.
This is a new week ahead of us, they (CAC) will definitely respond, be hopeful.

1. Either CAC is having poor service, as they have been having some technicalities in their service delivery this week or
2. You did not insert the availability code correctly. However, you can try it now, as it is working perfectly now.
