No we don't have history of heart disease in my family.

No shortest of breath...its just always heavy. Yes very constants. Dough at times which is rare I will not notice it.

No abdominal pain,
No nausea.

I sometime eat heavy meals and its normally spicy and pepperish

I am a slim person.

Weight is 62kg

Yes belching comes with the heaviness. But not always.

The pill name is MEPRASIL 20mg

Well I won't really say the pill is not working.

It helps but so far it has not permanently solves it.

Also the heaviness is much when I wake up. But later in the day it reduces.

I don't think the headache is related to the chest heaviness.

Yes I don't drink or smoke.

Well I won't say its getting worse...but there is very little improvement....the heaviness is still obvious and I don't like the feeling...one more thing at times I have back pain which relates to d heaviness.

I am a student..but I spend most of my night using laptop. I design websites for people. I think being on laptop uses the upper body strength. I mostly bend ...but recently I do work from my bed, using pillow at my back.

I will try and do some x-ray.

About 5month one night like that after eating rice I suddenly squeeze my chest. It was a serious pain on my left chest. I was taking to the hospital at mid night. Since then the pain comes rarely. But d pain occurred
again about 2 weeks ago. But this time around I was able to manage it without alarming anyone. I just rest the chest on a pillow and before I woke up it was gone.


Also At times I do have headache.

I don't drink and I don't smoke.

Yes. Doctor gave me medication for ulcer. I resumed taking it yesterday. I'm currently on the drugs.

The chest constantly feel heavy.

It has been like this for upto 6 months now.

Also I sometimes feel pain in the left chest region too.

But occurs rarely...

Help will be appreciated..

Maybe it could be ulcer. Don't really know... I was giving drug for ulcer. I took it for some time, I didn't see any result so I stop.

It gets worse when I eat. And I am feeling unease at my back region.


I don't eat in the morning. Most of my meals comes in the afternoon or night and its just once

Also I'm the type that stays up late at night and sleep most of the day.

Below are the lists of 5 lesson to learn from the
catastrophe of Brazil against Germany .

Lesson 1. Over-Confident kills

it is obvious the Brazil against Germany on Tuesday July
2014 were more in-balance than the Spain against
Netherlands during the group stages match, so whats their
problem?, it’s certainly Overconfidence.

As the 2010 world champions, Spain had this believe that
they are going to conquer any country that comes around
them without studying the team. Brazil did same thing, as
the host and most winners of the world cup tittle.They
weren’t serious at all, they just train and came to the
match and it’s totally obvious that they lacks the knowledge of the Germans side.

Lesson 2. Over-dependence destroys

Do you think Brazil’s defeat was because they lack their
two greatest duo, Neymar & T.Silva?, to me it’s certainly
yes.

Another reason why Brazil faced the most devastating
catastrophe in their history of football against Germany at
this 2014 world cup was that they relied fully on their two
duo; T.silva(captain) & Neymar (Brazil’s Golden Boy).

This was showed-off in the match; - when most of their passing
in the defense were poor and leading to a dangerous attack
by the Germans.

- No one to threaten the defense of the Germans.
- No one to play the role as a good captain.

Lesson 3. Poor Coaching leads to a pit-fall

I had been wondering since the world cup started how
Brazil managed to proceed through their group and i got
to know that it was all about the potentials in the players
not the coach.

In football, any time a team losses a match the blame is
mostly going to the coach. But i oppose that a lot, though
in this case it’s quite obvious that Scolari lacks utilizing
experiences.

As a coach, when assigning the 23-man squad for the
world cup, you should always remember selecting
substitute that will fit replacing anyone in case any thing
happens.

Argentina got this right by replacing Perez for Di Maria
and they prevailed against the dutch side, Netherlands on
Wednesday July 2014.

Lesson 4: Success Is Not Genetic

Most people believe that their parents’ successes can be
inherited by them, it’s not possible. We are all distinct in
life. Let’s take this Brazilian team for example, they believe
in the achievements of their “forefathers” and they believe
the same success can be genetically transferred on them, so
they see no reasons to work harder and fortified
themselves in all ramifications.

Well, they learned it the hard way that success is not
inherited.
Brothers and sisters, your father may be a Billionaire, your mother may be a millionaire, you might even be their only child, well, if you don’t carve a niche for yourself by creating your own wealth, I mean if you rely on the sweat of your parent alone for survival,
then prepare for the worst, as anything can happen if your
fathers/mother wealth are not properly utilize.

Lesson 5. Don’t Give up

well, i also give kudos to the Brazil team a bit on this
point; Brazil let in 5 goals within the space of 30 minutes in
the first half, it seemed impossible to carry on. How do you
come back from a loss like that? I can only imagine
that the Brazilian players would have rather quit than
continue suffering When humiliated in the second half of
the game. Thanks to FIFA, every match played must be
concluded.

However, the only thing worse than playing for another 45 minutes would be to take the easy way out and quit, which they didn’t. They persevered and came back stronger in the second half, playing better than before.

Their determination even allowed them to score a goal in
the last few minutes of the game. Even though winning was
seemingly impossible after half-time, they still played on.
As an entrepreneur , note that business is not a speed race,
but a gradual movement into taking your business to the
next stage . Even if It will take time, energy, cost, sweat,
and tears to make it, just be persistent!

Be patient and work hard. If you are not prepared to go
the whole nine yards, then be prepared for the consequences.

In 2009 when I wrote the postume of uniben I scored 51 in the postume and 217 in jamb while a friend of mine scored 44 and 261 in jamb guess what he was admitted and I wasn't admitted.
