Till you get a margin call...

If you have at least 80% winning strategy and good Risk and Reward Ratio like 1:3 or 1:4, there is no way you will get Margin call if you use 0.01 lot size with $200 account..... that's risking $5 to gain $20 or $15 in every trade you open.
