It has simmered down a bit due to the cost and economic situation in the country. I don't know if this was intentional but things are very difficult now for more than 70% of Nigerians. The remaining 30% that can afford their 3 square meal don't have much in their savings to Japa.

Finally someone that has a little sense. Imagine someone defending lawlessness because a lady in the UK said the gospel truth about your country. Instead of Nigerians including our leaders to accept the criticisms in good faith and work towards bettering the country, they are mostly playing the tribal or nationalist card.


I will still repeat, if you have the means to japa, do so oooooo. Don’t let anybody tell you otherwise. Some are just the “One eyed men feeling funky in the life of blind Nigerians” and they would tell you otherwise. If not for you, do it for your kids (born and unborn). Living in a sane clime is a no-brainer . Your and your kids get access to good roads, security, quality health care and education amongst others. Even the English wey your children go Dey speak go Dey give you joy. If they decide to even come back 20 or 30 years later, you will see top companies rushing them just because of their accent and educational background. lol
