Hello Friends,

I will like to ask from the experience of those who travelled through the Lagos airport (MMA) after obtaining their visa.
When presenting documents to the immigration/airport officials, is it a must to translate the admission letter and accommodation contract to English?
I asked because these documents are normally issued in Spanish language and our immigrations officers at the airport can only speak English.
I will like to get from the experience of others on these documents shown at the airport.

If there is a need to do the translation to English for immigration officials at the Lagos airport, can anyone share their experience where they did such translation?

Sir, with this ur many many travel experience and a usa visa with or without conference , canada go give u visa and make anybody no go do anyhow copy copy style want use conference visa to japa, ircc dey dash refusal anyhow now , u never go conference in kenya,ghana or uk before but u wake up and decide to spend over 5m on canada conference , l beg this people don wise up and please note most conferemce fee are not refundable!

You started using an agent you should have managed him quietly till the end.

If it is about Director proof, only your agent can produce such proof since he arranged it.

Either you produce the minutes of meeting by executives duly signed by all signatories where it was agreed to make you a Director or you share the CAC shareholding document breakdown where you are listrd as a Director by shares and your share portion is displayed.

If you can't produce this document which even the agent might not have, o ti lor. I hope IRCC will not charge you with misrepresentation should you fail to provide the document as that will be more trouble.

I received a refusal mail from ircc on the 27th of July. Submitted application:-27th of February 2024. Biometrics=8th of March 2024. Refused Visa:-28th of July 2024. Purpose of travel:-Conference which will hold on the 24thof this August. Can someone please advise me on what next to do. I was invited as a speaker and I submitted all the necessary documents too

How is the conference connected to your profession, and what documents did you submit for your visa application? Many people have used conferences to japa, so IRCC is more careful about conference visa approvals. However, due to the date of the conference, you can apply for reconsideration. But most of the time, if you don't have a strong case, it is often not accepted. Another option is to apply for a GCMS note. Some of these conferences sometimes do not even have an IRCC conference code. Hopefully, you can reapply for the next conference.

Did you applied for free or paid conference? If paid conference, did you pay before letter of invitation was been sent to you for VISA application?

Bank statement not needed.

Forgot about the other countries visas, the conference....
the US visa stand out and do the job for you perfectly.
