Look Closely you I'm all APC rallies, you will see that those on Uniform and Branded caps are more far more than those on plain clothing. Which means monetary mobilization from part grassroots, which cannot guaranteed you maximum number of votes needed for an election. Do not forget rigging and money play in previous elections.
