I download them usually except I can get them on iTunes, because there is no outlet online or offline where I can get albums in a timely manner, I think some people would actually buy albums from Naija artists if there was a platform to buy them from as soon as they come out in naija, However, most would download it for free if they can, If you are in naija, you have no reason to download it illegally, you should buy it because it is on 150Naira
