The Carcass of this building as at now will cost 50 - 55m.

Finishing would be to your choice of specifications. But will not be less than - 50 - 65m for the type of finishing you are seeing from us on this project.

If treated with Solignum, you probably wont see much stain.

Exactly.


It's diesel mixed treatment that even causes those black stains most cases. Kerosene mix treatment like we used with Soligum wouldn't give too much black stain.

Great! Didn't see the usual black stains of used engine oil. What chemical was used for the treatment?
