I wish to get help with any nice and sweet hotel near domestic airport in ikeja. My wife and i will be going to lagos and we need to stay near the airport,because we are expecting a friend. Availability of water in the house, at a very decent environment with atleast 60% availability of power. I don't really like dealing with agents, but i promise you will be happy with me after the deal. Estimated rent should be b/w N10,000 to N15,000 monthly. The bathroom and toilet should be tiled, if not the landlord should be open to a discount if am to do it myself and also be willing to allow installation of any facility that will require water like heaters and washing machines. Finally, i don't like living in an upstair. A bungalow is very sweet.
