I would rank Lions and Tigers on the same level simply because they don't belong to the same ecosphere or habitat. Tigers might seem more powerful but tigers would find it hard to survive and Lions will comfortably thrive if they were to switch habitats. Please note that this experiment has been done before and it's results showed that Lions can survive anywhere, bringing down any preys but in the savannah where Lions are kings, Tigers find it hard to survive.
