Yes it works with an ear piece. I dnt knw a GOOD fone repairer to help replace d bad mouth piece.

It seems you have a mouth piece problem. Try using an Ear piece to answer your calls and if the caller can hear you, then you have a mouth piece problem that needs fixing.
