Question for all thread members: Why are all madridstas more willing for Asensio to leave ahead of Hazard that was a bigger flop and earns more (he should be our highest earner currently)?

I expected Hazard to be loaned out or sold for a cheap price to an EPL club this summer but it seems he is gonna be staying again. It makes far better sense to extend Asensio and keep him as a backup RW (after getting a Nkunku, Diaby, Mahrez etc.) and bin off fat earning Hazard. Who else shares my opinion?

Maybe one of Brahim, Kubo, or Arribas as a fifth winger. Mayoral/Mariano as backup ST for Benzema. This attack is okay for our games before the upcoming world cup.

Carlo and Perez had said hazard will stay, meanwhile ASSensio’s contract will expire next 2 season so we might be forced to sell him if the right offer comes.

I wouldn’t fancy having either of them at Madrid come next season, because I don’t think they’ll offer anything to our team.
