timay: A lot of us have always known that our problem has always been our impotence in front of goal and Martial is always the key to that. But since martial is injury prone, we might be having that problem if a reliable replacement or backup is not brought in by January
PS: The Liverpool game was the game changer that brought back some confidence I've seen that too. Just keep in mind that this current team is very much different from the one you guys beat in August. I expect an interesting game though. |

Swissh: Noted and I asked how many hatrick did hazard pull at chelsea in more than 6+ Seasons. He will be back to riding the bench next week. You brought Hazard into this so tell us. If Pulisic is scoring from the bench, I don't mind. At least, he's showing his value. |

Swissh: How many hatrick did hazard pull during his time at Chelsea? I no mention Hazard, he has paid his dues. I just want to tell you that the bench player has opened his account with a nice hat trick. Swissh: Focus your energy on the 65million you wasted on a bench player. |

BlueAngel444: Am telling you, and it's not even about the recent results, when we weren't even getting those results.. Their was vibe, there was hope. The confidence by which the team played even when the results were bad.
A great manager is one who overcomes great challenges. Our of Mou, Conte n Sarri.. Maybe only Conte may try n pull what Lampard is doing.
You mentioned 3 last season championships players, that leaves 8 players, is it Zouma that played at Everton, or Odoi/Pulisic that didn't play a full season last season.
Wait what of Willian that kept alternating with Pedro.
How Lampard is making this team work is #/$) & =#=#/=&=$=#('=' %'%$) %#? #=?' "?" '?' +"! /$=@= Conte was amazing. Sarri did well but he was too rigid. What Lampard is doing here is phenomenal for now. When the senior players come back, we'll be pretty unplayable. |

Swissh: Nonsense. He has veterans sitting on the bench + even a 60million player as well. He is not forced to play that mumu Abraham over Giroud and bat wateva his other name is. Don't tell me he had no other option. Who are the veterans? Caballero, Pedro or Giroud? Your club can have them since you guys love veterans so much. Pulisic will get game time. He already has a hat trick in his first full Premier League start. We can't say the same for a certain spice. |

Swissh: Excuses upon excuses. Every new manager goes through their honey moon period dont stress it. We will be here in January when you start having 1 win in 10games or 2 in 15games and your lamentations will rise like burnt offerings . Till then. For now, let's enjoy ourselves. It's not my fault that your clown of a coach is struggling ATM. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by DExponential(m): 9:49am On Oct 27, 2019 |
BlueAngel444: Young man please compare both teams... Even the attitude of Sarri was different from Lamps, Sarri suspected a coming collapse - usually saying things like "we are not there yet".
People expected that result from Sarri but this from Lamp exceeds expectations. I don't even get their point. We have James, Abraham, Tomori. All Championship players last season. We have Lampard, a rookie coach playing good football and scoring goals with these guys and someone is trying to compare him to Sarri who had fit Hazard, Kante and Rudiger. |

donjazet: I think kepa has quite a small body frame for a keeper.
Courtois and Cech will catch or at least deflect that ball away from goal most of the time.
No matter how much kepa streches, his small palms and slender frame will not provide adequate cover. His strength is mostly his composure and accurate passing. Hence the long shots. The midfielders are meant to provide cover but Kovacic and Mount were bombing forward. |

lordfalcao: I don't know the magic you people want kepa to perform against that 2 goals.. The dip on the first goal was mad, the second was a deflection. I don't see any need for criticism. |
