Thiis is what i do and marketer are not loosing interest, you need to strategize and dont do above your customer base, start small to build a customer base and you dont need a marketer to sell, go to cold room, and frozen people yourself and market it. Dont wait for a marketer to market for you.

Please I want an idea of the salary structure for experienced farm manager. Accommodation will be provided within the farm. The farm is not in the Bush but the area is somehow scanty of residential buildings.

there are alot of farm here that pay farm manager 30k and some pay 80k+
But I pay my FM 40k +commission i.e 5% profit made
