So, I was in urgent need of an apartment some months ago, and what was readily available at that point in time was a shared two bedroom flat. So, I paid through the house agent, and started living with my flatmate (who has so far turned out to be nothing like what, and who he told me that he was, as at the time of me renting the apartment). Part of the terms and conditions written on the contract was that, none of us is allowed at anytime to harbor some one else. Last Sunday, which was on the 18th of this month, I came out into the living room section from my room, only to discover that there was a man sitting on the living room, and they were traveling bags beside him, I asked who he was and his response was that, he was waiting for my flatmate. Now, from that day till now, this guy has literally been living in the living room area, and my flatmate still hasn't say anything regarding him and the situation to me. He simply comes back from work, spend time together with this fellow in the living room, then finally retreat to his own room. I know that some people will advice that I should first speak to him about it, but please, this I won't do because, for him to have totally disregard me, or our contract about harbouring someone (which was drafted by him anyway), then it's only right that I also ignore him, in deciding my next course of action as well. Please, I will really appreciate your feedback, and advice. Thanks
