@ sugar, ok ma but can only paracetamol do it cos mine is with much pain?

I saw your post & smiled cause you're not alone. I suffered painful menstruation for years with heavy flow to an extent that back in the days my late father would give me analgin injection twice daily for relief cos no tablet would work on me. when he passed on, I had to find my own way of surviving menses. I came across Felvin & diclofenac, they worked but they are also blood thinners so they made me bleed even more. I also tried diclofenac suppository used it for a few years cos it gave a longer lasting relief until I read an article that said its bad for women ttc. Just as Sugah advised Panadol is best cos its gentle on the body & effective but the local ones won't do anything for you. Try Panadol ActiFast tablets made by GlaxoSmithKline U.K, that was what I took & had relief & its generally safer. In addition to sweet drinks avoid cold drinks too like for a week b4 menstruation. Also try water therapy: Take at least 50cl or 75cl of room temperature water 1st thing in the morning b4 brushing teeth & wait for abt 45min b4 eating anything. Try fertility Cleanse, you can get all the info here: http://natural-fertility-info.com/prepare-for-conception . For natural ways to deal with pain drink ginger & turmeric, boil ginger root in water when done pour into your cup & add tumeric powder. Turmeric works good for pains.

mamas goodevening, congrats to the preggo mamas, pls what is the cause of brown spotting before the actual period begins

Depending on when you started spotting, Implantation of fertilized egg can cause spotting. According to Experts, implantation occurs a week after ovulation. There could be other reasons for the spotting But when an egg is fertilized it takes about a week to implant on the uterine wall, some women spot, some don't. Low progesterone level can cause unsustained or failed implantation which will eventually result in menstruation. Check your progesterone level after ovulation to be sure it's normal. Low progesterone is mostly the cause of early miscarriage. But then menstruation shouldn't discourage you cos I know a few women who had their period throughout pregnancy. There's nothing GOD cannot do, jst believe.

Goodmorning mamas, please what can I use for fertility detox,I want to put Ttc aside in May and take care of myself.

Also,I have some Parlodel left ,please any mama living around ogba in need of it can mail me.

It's a good start to think of detox, for every woman ttc that shld be the 1st step. I recommend fertility cleanse kit http://www.naturalfertilityshop.com/Fertility-Cleanse-Kit-p/hhfckit.htm u can get it on this link, its a very potent product, it'll prepare your body for conception. You can also get all the info on fertility detox here http://natural-fertility-info.com/prepare-for-conception .
Try this product, you won't regret it. The only challenge with purchasing it is that they don't ship to Nigeria for some reasons but if you hav any one living in America they can help you buy & send it to you. May GOD answer your prayers soonest.
