No better way to settle the matter than this. You mean no better way to continue to reinforce the "do you know who I am" mentality of affluent Nigerians. Las las na impunity go bury this Country. |

Menclothing1: Defeat how kwankwaso produce gov of his party in is state
How many gov LP get ? Same number
Lp is not a new party a party that has produce gov in south west and several senators There is no disputing that he is popular in Kano but outside Kano he has very little influence. My point is that as popular as they claimed he is in the North, Obi still scored more votes than him in the North in 2023. |

He will be vp in Apc better than coalition with a single sitting gov how Dey wan win election association of rejected politicians As is evidenced in the last election, cult following does not necessarily translate to votes. If Obi could defeat the Almighty Kwankwanso in the North in 2023, then he is truly overrated. |

Softmirror: Politics is permutation. There was a need to bridge the gap in Kano's vote against Atiku's PDP and the best person for the job was Kwankwaso. There was too much sentiment around Ganduje in Kano and that was why Kwankwaso was used to bridge the gap in the Kano election. And it worked so well. lol with all due respect you are talking nonsense, absolute nonsense! |

Offpoint1: I don't know if Nigeria government is daft or on drugs.
You don't just wake up and ban something, you should work till you know your country is producing enough of it before you ban importation of it. Even then, you don't ban! You slap a high import tariff on the imports. |
Politics › Re: Tinubu Bans Importation Of Foreign Goods, Unveils New Industrialisation Policy by didymario7(m): 4:48pm On Jun 20, 2025 |
surgical: This is a knee jack approach it will not work just like subsidy removal A well planned policy is what delivers not just making policies on impulse Olodo president and olodo cabinet Imposition of tariff would have been better than outright ban He is going back to buhari policies he earlier condemned He is even managing flotation of exchange rate now,I am surprised he no longer believes in market forces to do the job After he has recked havoc on the economy I don't know why we don't use tariffs to discourage importation in this part of the world. Outright ban has never worked. |

In 2023 where were all the State Governors when Obi was sweeping the South South and South Eastern States? It is just unfortunate that in Nigeria, the level of rigging is insanely high, otherwise you and I know that Tinubu will not return. |

Most times, I wonder what a president from the South can do to please those Northern folks because the two regions don't even share anything in common. This is the reason why they should not be one Country. There are more than 3 Countries in Nigeria pretending to be one. |

Like Obi said devaluation of the naira should be done when there's something on ground. Tinubu has nothing on ground yet devalued the naira.

Nefort: I am really new to Cryptocurrencies and I wish to know how do you guys trade Cryptocurrencies that makes it an attractive investment. From the little research I have made there are a few things that doesn't look favourable which I need to understand.
I checked the Cryptocurrency pairs offered by a forex broker and I saw they have large spreads which I don't find attractive. Is there somewhere else that the spreads and fees and are not so high?
Secondly, I tried to check exchanges like Binanace, Coinbase etc and I discovered that those sites were blocked by our ISPs. Why are the sites blocked and which platforms do you guys use for Cryptocurrency trding? Firstly, which forex broker did you use? Secondly I would advise you to trade forex and crypto cfd with prop firms. This way you don't risk a lot of money while you trade but first you need a solid foundation in trading. Youtube is there to help. |

Not a good idea in my opinion. I used statlink for a year before I switched to fiber optics and in that time, the max download speed was about 70mbps. 70mbps at 35k per month (which they plan to increase to 70k) is not good enough to resell. |
