The core responsibility of the sales executive is to acquire customers, train and support them within a territory. The sales executive must have detailed knowledge of product use, value offering, and competitor information. The role requires an independent person who is comfortable with technology, has a good command of English language and dress sense.
We offer a technology product so the sales executive needs to be above average in the use of android phones, web/mobile apps, and computers in general.
The sales executive will predominantly be working on the field and on the client side


Overall responsibility
Ensuring sales targets are met
Understanding customer’s needs
Working with sales partners
Attending sales calls and delivering presentations
Providing in-depth information to interested clients
Train clients and their staff on the use of the product
Be available to support clients on request


Duties and responsibilities
Generate sales leads
Ensure customers feel happy and satisfied

Give accurate feedback to the central technical team
Analyze the market and give current information about competitors
Handle complaints and follow up to ensure resolution
keep records of customer interactions
Take the extra mile to engage customers


Minimum qualifications
Education: HND or equivalent in any field
Experience: Prior sales experience will be an advantage


Competencies
Comfortable with the use of word, excel and power point
Comfortable with the Android environment, social media and web applications
Ability to sell and convince middle age to old women
Ability to network and keep a good conversation
Have excellent negotiation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Fluent spoken English
Demonstrate clear thinking
Ability to communicate what they are thinking clearly in writing
Ability to teach old people new technology
