Hey, I can’t confirm whether they’re actual doctors or not. But generally speaking, I’ve heard both good and bad things about using chiropractors. That said, I did use one last year. If you’re in Lagos, check out Kallos Pro-Aging Center. It’s located at 25 Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue, inside the Black Diamond Hotel, Victoria Island. I can personally confirm—they’re really good.

monerozi5590: Now, this is how to present your case in a clear English. Nice.
Context...15 milla na luxury for me sha. Who go give me 15 milla for this thread? I will start mentioning names now.
I can't be seeing money left right and center and keep quiet. A close mouth is a close destiny You be governor wey buy Disstroy 15million naira luxury car. No allow that mumu gaslight una because I catch am for lie wey him drop. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by digz: 5:28pm On May 20, 2025 |
Saladdin: My Oga, while you're right that things are now very costly, DissTroy is also right that most Nigerians do not earn up to 2M monthly. And I agree with him that luxury is contextual. Anything your income cannot afford is a luxury.
Also, Abuja should never be compared to other parts of Nigeria. Prices of cars there are overinflated. Besides do you know how many years some cars spend on the stand before sales? I appreciate that you’ve provided an unbiased perspective and directed him towards context in your post. However, it’s evident that you haven’t followed the entire discussion, leading to an incomplete understanding. Consequently, the foundation of your argument is flawed due to this lack of CONTEXT. Allow me to summarise the core issue by painting a clearer picture: Disstroy claimed that his state governor purchased a luxury vehicle for him worth N15 million. He did not state that he himself purchased the car for N15 million, nor did he imply that the average Nigerian purchased a luxury vehicle for N15 million. When asked to provide the model and year of the luxury car his state governor allegedly bought for N15 million, he failed to do so. This was over a month ago. At that time, he did not mention the average Nigerian’s income, nor did he suggest that the average Nigerian couldn’t afford to buy a luxury car worth N15 million. He also did not claim to have purchased the vehicle himself; he stated that it was his state governor from one of the country’s richest oil-producing states. So, why are we here today? We are here because he made a ridiculous claim in his initial post that lacks substantiation, and now he is attempting to conflate issues to divert attention from himself. Now that you have a clearer picture, do you still agree with him that the luxury car, which his stated governor allegedly gifted him, was purchased for N15 million in 2025? Yes or No? PS: This is about Disstroy and his false claim, not about the average Nigerian, their average income, what they term luxury, or what they can afford. |

So, just to chip in my thoughts on this
I think there's a difference between EXPENSIVE AND LUXURY.
What determines Luxury, is the qualities and the attributes of what the item posseses, and not the price.
Things have gotten expensive over time, and yes, nobody can easily spend that, but that doesn't mean a Camry 013, is luxurious. It can never be even if it costs 1 billion naira. It only got EXPENSIVE.
This is the price of a 1980 something Nigerian Used Mack Truck. 22 million naira. We cannot say this is luxurious in any way.
That's my own opinion on this matter.[/color] Leave the Tissue boy…na because him wan hide him lies naim make English dey hard am to understand today |

DissTroy: Good.
Always remember never to compare yourself with me. You rant daily on Nairaland being pessimistic about the country.
I actively hold leaders accountable, ensure the changes I want seen with my money, fund developmental drives and ensure foreign coys in Nigeria operate peacefully for more for more Foreign Direct Investments, walk with the high and mighty, and turn down inducements to subjugate the will of the people.
Forget Nairaland or the banter we do occasionally, I am socio-politico-economically more impactful than you are. When you've achieved what I have achieved on a societal scale and when your kings and elected leaders praise you publicly for helping better lives of others, we can revisit this conversation. Dude, you keep banging on about this political career path you “found” after failing to land that oil job. Let’s be real — nothing you’re doing now comes from passion or goodwill. It all stemmed from rejection. You didn’t get the oil job as a biochemist, so you pivoted. Fair enough. But stringing a few fancy words together doesn’t make you intelligent — and it definitely doesn’t mean everyone needs to post their work online to prove they’re doing something. That mindset alone says a lot about where you’re operating from. And no, I’m not getting into a gbola-measuring contest with you — mine’s already certified OG. And really, what’s light got to do with darkness — even if both serve a purpose? We’re clearly cut from different cloths, and you’re still not quite there mentally, even as a grown man. You’ve played the Ekaette role to the so-called elites long enough. Meanwhile, I’ve quietly done my part, like any responsible man should — no noise, no clout-chasing. What’s wild is that just three years ago, you genuinely believed anyone approaching 40 — especially those with steady jobs, families, or businesses they didn’t brag about — had already failed. Now look at you: pushing 40, no wife, no kids, no stable income, and not a single tax payment to your name — yet somehow, filtered selfies and the odd community gig are what you count as flex? Since you’re always parading as an open book, let’s set the record straight: 1. Did you grow up in Lagos or Ogun State? 2. Did you or did you not leave fake reviews for one of your many “startups” using variations of your own name? 3. What’s the actual brand and manufacturing year of the N15 million “luxury” car you claimed to have? 4. And finally, have you ever paid tax — like every other responsible adult male in this society? Let’s hear the truth for once. |

DissTroy: Let me state to you clearly: Before the end of this month, I'd be having an event with a serving Senator, a VC and some judges. I might post a picture. Yes, I'd be anchoring the event.
Earlier in the month, I had an event where I was addressing traditional rulers, the Police and Navy, and the representatives of oil and gas companies. The video is on Facebook but not on my page. It's also syndicated across WhatsApp groups. I and a group of other professionals banded together to train people in the oil and gas industry , and interfacing to ensure employment for skilled young people and ensure there's no youth restiveness. If you to my Facebook page (you and I know you have been visiting), you'd find a graphic flyer I posted last month stating why we are doing it.
Early last year, I drafted the profiles of some persons President Tinubu gave high portfolio appointments. I knew about the appointments two months before even the President's media aides knew or the announcements were made.
Yes. I turned down appointments too.
Make no mistake: I walk with the high and mighty but they search me out and not the other way around. I have always admitted to having access to high circles.
I turned down the appointment because I can't be bought. Hopefully, I maintain my resolve because the offers are juicy. Nice story and photos. |
