I dont knw why the organization find it difficult to pay promotion arrears and other necessary payment. It doesn't speak well of the organization.. Such doesn't happen in immigration,FRSC, customs. The boss at the helms of affairs should act fast and be proactive. The morale of officers shud always be high.
