I thought the deadline is Nov 15th

None that I know of but I heard that FSB are calling those who put countries that won't renew their agreement this year for Tunisia. So don't be afraid, if you don't get called for Egypt because they didn't renew their agreement this year, then you might be called for Tunisia

I heard that those for Egypt were called last year, and all their papers were processed but they didn't travel due to the insecurity problems in Egypt as of last year. I also heard that those people who actually qualified for Egypt last year will be shared to other countries this year. I am not very sure of this info, so please confirm it.

Please all those that are going to FSB Office next week, please ask those officials working there about when Ukraine will start calling the next batch. Please this will be highly appreciated.

I went to Federal Scholarship Board last Tuesday (24/7/17), met the lady in-charge, asked about Serbia, she said "we have not heard from Serbia this year".
When I asked the likelihood of them coming forth this year, she said July was already late but then I should keep hope alive. ..
