How to Apply
The following steps will guide you on how to successfully apply for the Ecobank Gradute and Management Development Programmes.

Please note that a candidate can only apply for only one of the programmes. Dual application from any candidate will be disqualified.

Step 1: Learn about EcoBank and the two Programmes
Go to the home page to learn about EcoBank and the two programmes.

Step 2: Eligibility Check
Check the requirements for the different programmes to know which of them you are more suited for.

Step 3: Apply
Click on the apply button under your preferred programme in the requirement page to navigate to the application page. You should fill the application form as directed.

Step 4: Confirm Data & Submit
Before submission, check to confirm that you have provided the correct information about yourself. Pay close attention to your contact number and email.

Step 5: Complete Application
After submitting your application, a unique ID will be generated for you on the confirmation page. This signifies that your application is successful. You will also get an e-mail with the Unique ID through the email address provided in your application. Please keep your unique ID securely as it will be used throughout the selection process.

I meant the unique no you will be given when you finish your registration, after it tells you, you are successful. Should I reapply or hold on till I'm sent a confirmation mail

DO NOT REAPPLY.. that's automatic disqualification... The content of the mail is the same as what you saw on the application portal... Successful application pop up with your unique ID.

OK.. Well there is a list of related industries on the application portal. I "think" it's an added advantage if your current firm is in one of those industries.

EMDP seems harder to get than EMGP , that's why I asked

I won't say it's harder to get... But the reward for EMDP is better than that of EGDP... So go for EMDP. Is your work experience in a related industry? Financial institution,FMCG, Telecom, etc

EMDP is better and that's why the requirements are more than that of EGDP.

Hmm...unfortunately, you don't stand a chance with EGDP because the age limit is 25. If you have M.Sc/MBA you can try EMDP.

You can apply surly but these programmes "would" have commenced come May/June. Moreover, one of the requirements is that candidates must have completed NYSC.

For those that applied for Entry Level role in May/June and meets the requirements for EGDP or EMDP I advice that you apply now.

This is not to say that the 2018 Entry Level recruitment has been closed/cancelled.

About The Management Development Programme

The EMDP - Ecobank Management Development Programme is an intensive programme designed to build the bank’s talent pool in order to raise a new generation of leaders for Ecobank. Candidates that undergo this programme will upon completion be placed in positions aligned with their skills, experience and strengths at the entry point of functional managerial roles.

Programme Features:

Hi everyone, am an Economist and I intend to register for May 2019 ican diet but am a bit confused about something, I told someone My intention she advised I should not start May diet that the institution want to change their syllabus and it will take effect as From November 2019 . She advised I start November 2019.
Her reason was that the institution want to add a course (taxation) from skill stage to knowledge stage, she said even if I pass the knowledge stage exam that I wouldn't b going to the skill stage until I pass the new course that will be added to knowledge stage in November.
Senior accountant I want u guys to enlighten me more about this

There are currently 5 courses in foundation level, as an economist you will take three. If you decide to take all three in May diet and you pass cool... But by November, Taxation(a course in Skills level currently) would be taken in Foundation stage which means you need to write that alone in November or + any failed course in May diet. If you decide to wait till November diet and take all four courses and then you fail any of them you will have to retake those papers come May diet 2020. Writing May diet 2019 reduces the probability of you still taking foundation courses come May 2020.
