Hello omakay,
I think you are probably locked on satellite hosting TSTv bouquet and if so you have to exercise little patient for them to come back or you move your dish to NigComSat but if you cannot then you contact an installer.

4954 with new software opens KFS on Multi TV. I don't know if it has more interesting channels.

This Strong-technologies are funny. So with that pocket sized satellites receiver, one can enjoy those above mentioned channels but it is not obtainable with SRT4950 series. Never again will I buy strong brand again... "even them like make them produce 4k receiver put for market, I no dey buy" Ordinary T245 series from Tiger receiver is still receiving firmware support update but Strong have abandoned some recent receivers and they are now luring us to buy that their caricatured and miniatured receiver. This is really funny.
