Job Title: Account Payable Officer- 1 Year renewable contract.

JOB FUNCTION:
• Check in-coming Invoices, Debit and Credit Notes for accuracy, validity and credibility purposes, with particular attention on compliance to VAT and Withholding Tax regulations.
• Perform invoice matching process and seek appropriate approvals where necessary in connection with the Procurement policy, prepayment, approval matrix, etc.
• Book vendor invoices on a daily basis and help resolve queries.
• Check and process Travel & Entertainment Expense claims as well as Employee request for payments. Ensure compliance with JTI related procedures.
• Perform AP reconciliation, aging on a monthly basis.
• Qualification is Bsc/ HND Accounting, Finance, Economics with a minimum of 2 years uninterrupted working experience.
