By now I think it should have be known the world over that Arsenal is merely an academy. |

Amusaopeyemi: It is hereditary jare. I eat like a dinosaur, eat junk anyhow, even wake up to eat in the midnight but I weigh 45kg and my tummy is so flat. My mom and grandma were like 55kg too, slim and petite. Cocacola is my best friend too, Two 35cls per day. Walai! You eat like a dinosaur? Ha ha ha ha ha ha. Anywayz, I like sugary things too, but i have bitter leaf as my best friend. I chew it almost daily. Plus, i sweat a lot. |

HateU2: Different for everybody. You are just lucky. I prefer wine instead of beer. Maintaining my figure is my job I prefer wine too(red or white wine). But then the reality is that, I drink beer more often than wine. And to think that I have the kinda tummy I have even with that marvels me more. |

HateU2: Thanks. Like you said 'hereditary'. It's kind of hard for peeps to believe that. I can't eat not even indomie anything past five. That means I wan do 'vigil' be that. Wait oooo! Are you serious about this? Well, not overly surprised though as I am beginning to notice this trend with some ladies. But then, I don't think I have ever heard of any guy doing such. Eating late is a norm for me. It doesn't affect my body system in any way. Still have my slim body intact, broad shoulders, flat tummy/8 packs, wider frame et al. Plus, I sometimes drink beer too and yet it doesn't get any worse. Well, maybe I am just lucky. But I have to add this too, I do abdominal workout sometimes, and pushups once in a while. I guess everyone needs to know how its body system works. That would suffice. |

HateU2: MY story of flat tummy Don't eat anything past 5, personally, I only take fruits when it's past 5pm. My body is so used to it that if I eat any food around 6pm, to sleep will be very hard.
Try to 'plank' for 45seconds a day, it works like magic. You will see changes within 7days. Check on line. It works for me.
Great body is 70% diet and 30% exercise. After my prayers in the morning, I do 10 push ups, 30 jumping jacks, 10 Russian twist, yoga and dolphin push ups and sometimes I forget. Believe me, a day won't go without peeps admiring my flat tummy. People even ask me if I eat at all. I plan to keep this even after giving birth. Nice tips. But honestly, I shouldn't eat when it's past 5? Are you for real? Well, whatever rocks your boat. As for me, I take supper earliest at 9pm. Sometimes it's at 10pm or 11pm. And the funny thing is that, it has been happening like this for more than 20 years, yet... As for having flat tummy... That ain't a problem. I've got my 8 packs intact and have nothing to worry about bulging tummy. So sometimes it's hereditary. Nice tips though. |

OlaBa: It doesn't really matter because at the end of the day, Messi or C. Ronaldo will still La Liga player of the season. It's funny really. A player will win player of the season albeit not winning the best player of any particular month prior. Does that mean they didn't have an/some outstanding month(s)? |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by dmcdad: 10:49pm On Feb 12, 2016 |
OlaBa: They didn't give him because his stat has reduced a little, they gave him because they remember it's stupid that Messi hasn't won this award before and has nothing to do about performance. Season before the last when everybody was saying Messi is no longer Messi, that he's declining, he didn't win then, so why now? The truth is If Messi and C. Ronaldo has been winning it among them since they start giving that award, not many people will complain because it will be deserved. But Messi and Ronaldo doesn't need the award because they gets far more recognition for their performance, so why not give the award to outstanding player in the league for that month besides those two? My point is C. Ronaldo (won it twice) and Messi (won it once) doesn't need the Local award and Liga BVA knows it. I get your point, but that doesn't justify the award then. It is obviously clear from your post that it's a sentimental award, rather than an award based on performance. |

The best result for us is a 2-0 defeat, I don't see us scoring.......
I have been thinking of it,no matter the lineup we select I just don't see us scoring....
Zouma is out,Iva is iva,Cahill ehn....... Mikel,Matic,Fab..For goodness sake Hazard and Willian are our only hope.......
I think we should just play Hazard,Willian,Oscar( strictly as RW) with Fab and Mikel and park our lives in the box.......
At least that way we can create a chance when we have the ball, won't stop us from losing though...

homesteady: Barcelona Salary hierarchy now - and the hierarchy after Neymar and Busquets sign new deals!
So Busquets is this high? Barcelona admins are sweating over player's salaries and they would definitely like to reduce it if they had the chance! Maybe they are not sensible enough to dump Busquets and get a far far cheaper and better krychowiak or kante as them Airmark and bigkesh would want to make us believe! You beat me to this. I wamted to post this before seeing it. So Alves takes home more than Suarez and Neymar? That's a crime! |
