Bro, I wasnt talking about Chelsea getting him right away. Just responded to Chelseafan1's post about Pogba and Gundogan when he said Pogba is better. To respond to the issue on ground, Gundogan is good but you never can tell. His history with injuries aint a good one, coupled with the physical nature of the EPL, it might just worsen things all the more for him. So I think they might wanna weigh in other options. Debroslink: Will Pogba leave Italian Champion and UCL contender for a club trying to fight relegation? If Chelsea qualifies for UCL, they can then think of having Pogba.
I'm talking about quality players who are not in UCL, and can be signed by Chelsea. They are all over Europe. |

sebod: I agree totally with you except the over hyping aspect. I don't think anyone has over hyped him at all. If you have been following the club in the days of Bojan, then, you will know Grimaldo is not hyped. My issue is with Lucho not at one point or the other given him chance to play with the 1st team knowing fully many of his mates have had that chance. God bless you bruv... This has been the bone of contention for me. |

Johnpaul88: i must admit i hated Sergi Roberto since he was promoted. I was like "where did they get this mofo from?" But here he is three years later, an important player in the squad. Grimaldo should have had the strength of mind to stay. I guess you ain't the only one on here. Many of us Cules here never liked him before this season. But, I have always had this reserved likeness for him. More like a blind faith. Not like he did anything of worth to make me have much faith in him, but I did. I kept believing that he would prove me right someday. I kept the hope alive even when Culés on here and in many other forums asked for his head for being mediocre. His emergence as a prominent member of the squad this season pleases me more than he himself. I am now feeling like one prophet that sees into the future. I would like to see Samper leave too, but with a buyback. That guy is too good to be plying his trade in the third division IMO. If he were to remain and maybe promoted to the first team, I would love to see Busi alternating between DM and CM, although Lucho has been doing same since last season. |

E go bad sotey, e no go get equal again. If Willian attempted 30 passes, I am very sure 80% of the passes were wrong. He just couldn't pass to his player to save his life. I pity the guy sha. You go know say him get bad day. I just dey ask Chelsea fan wey dey my side whether him read any news about Willian having a heartbreak. Cause the guy play like person wey him wife just run leave. |

Johnpaul88: These things are a little more complicated than we both can understand here. You have to look at it also from the player's perspective. Patience is all that makes the difference. Some players are less willing to wait their chances at first team while others are more willing to see what what happens. FC Barcelona is reputable for not keeping players young and old alike, against their wishes. They would even be prepared to let you go on peanuts. They're unlike Madrid who must wait until the best possible deal arrives. What have it brought them recently? If Grilmado have decided that he must seek for playing time elsewhere, FCB respects his decision. We keep only those who are willing to wait their chances. He captained the B team to relegation and he wants the first team to be his reward? Well... You are right about that. Patience is key. The Iniesta of today defined patience in the days of Ronaldinho and Deco. If he had gone then, I doubt he would have had the kinda impact he has had in Barça for years now. |

pelvicky: the coach has his priority
A player u consider to be good may actually not impress d coach not that he didn't like them
I repeat ...not every one in la masia gonna play 4 barca
I don't get ur selling best and leaving chaff theory
don't be surprise if munir or Sandro shine in Sunderland just like deulofeu in Everton....will u still say selling best ?? Deulofeu was always a better prospect than both. Its not about heading to EPL or something... His major ish was his attitude. Person wey never reach anywhere don dey form jardon. |

Then it means you dont know where I stand. If we can let Jonathan Soriano leave, who else wouldnt? My problem? The way we allow some of them to leave. Thats all! pelvicky: give this man a medal......
this what dmcdad fail 2 understand.... every la masia is talented but not all of them gonna make it in barca |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by dmcdad: 1:27am On Dec 30, 2015 |
So because Samper wouldnt displace Busi even in the next 5 years he should be sold without a buy-back? You are even making me laugh more... There are thousands of talented left back everywhere, even in La Masia and yet Adriano is your backup left back. Okay ooooo. I guess there are also thousands of talented right backs. Right? Smh... Johnpaul88: Grimaldo a prized asset? What a laugh! There are thousands of talented left backs everywhere, even in la masía. Alba is 26 and he's doing well. Grimaldo cannot be expected to wait for him to retire so he could get his chance. Besides, these crop of graduates from La Masia are disappointingly average. Deulofeu allowed himself to get carried away by hype. He has no quality nor patience to play at Barca just yet. If one didn't have enough quality, they should compensate with patience. With time, there time at first team will come. Sergi Roberto should be an example to them all. Neither Grimaldo nor Deulofeu had the patience to wait. The club is right to sell them. |

pelvicky: hanhan.....
any player wey no play.... lucho doesn't like him abi
only 11players can play and lucho has done his best in introducing d young players
or u wan see dongou in clasico line up What are you saying? Who is talking about Dongou? We are talking about Grimaldo here. Remind me the time Lucho invited him to the first team. Or doesn't he do such with B players? Camara, Samper, Gumbau, Aitor, Kaptoum et al. Now tell me what went wrong with Grimaldo that he didn't invite him. Even if he did that should be once, last season. Of course not everyone will become first team players. But does that mean we should allow our best players to leave just like that? Imagine selling Deulofeu , loaning/selling Denis amongst others, and yet leaving behind Munir and Sandro. Tell me frankly that you wouldn't wish to swap Deulofeu with any of Munir/Sandro. This is what we are talking about. Selling the best among the rest and leaving chaffs behind. |
