I tell you that who ever the executives of the company deemed qualified to be the head coach, the dude is not average.

Let me ask you a "YES or NO" question... Was Tata Martino average? A simple yes or no would suffice.


PS: Average here means in Barça's capacity.

Thats why i said hes not a coach with flare that plays the most attractive football known of Barcelona simply because if hes winning by a goal,he rather sits barca and defend that goal than score more.His more of an inter Milan kind of Mourinho that cares about winning and concede less.But lets understand also that Suarez has not been inform for two seasons now.Hes has been poor form and his overall play has been very bad and Neymar is yet to be replaced.While i agree that his rotation is poor,but hes the only coach to experiment playing without messi.No coach was ever tried

Nice point you raised about Suárez's form. Now tell me, whose duty is it to either improve him or bench him? Did you say the coach? Of course! If Suárez has been below par for God knows how long, why then has the coach not explored other options?

And let's not forget that the Barça that we've come to know is not all about winning. Heck, if you win without playing good football, then you get called-out. Lucho suffered the same fate of playing not-too-well but winning and was called out for it on countless occasions.

Need I dare say EV is too conservative for a Barça coach? Gosh!

The reality is... EV has not wowed me in any way. I mean, turn things around with his tactical acumen. Honestly, one thing I've noticed all the while since he became our coach is that, he has the mind of a small-team coach. That average-club mentality is an inherent and innate thing in him and not even the opportunity of coaching the best players would change that.

Mehn,it's just sad. Why? Because it will come to a time Messi won't be able to do it all by himself. At such time, other players and especially the coach will need to find a way around winning games and giving Messi the much needed support, probably with his match set-up and/or instructions. No way in this planet EARTH Lucho would have lost 3-0 against Roma with a first leg advantage like we had.

Another thing is; EV is extremely poor when it comes to rotation. That's not even debatable.

And such traits are not reminiscence of a typical Barça manager. Even Lucho was far more sound. Imagine trying to defend a one-goal lead almost at all times. Haba! That ain't Barça!

We instill fear in the minds of our opponents and not the other way round.

I don't know what to say about Suárez. We know he adds to our overall play too, but for a striker, scoring goals should be his primary duty amongst other things.

Leo really means business in the UCL. The way he chases balls, marking and committing fouls sometimes show how much he wants to bring home the UCL.

I hate it when there is a win, you praise the players. When there is a loss, you heap the blame on the coach. That sucks! You couldn't see how the coach added an extra midfielder so we could have more control. For much of the match, we looked compact except some moments in the second half. Give praise when is due.

Mr man... You should know I am not the type to quickly lash out at coaches. Even when everyone was seemingly on Lucho's neck, I never joined the #EnriqueOut movement. I say what I know.

EV is an average coach at best. At this juncture, this is a no-brainer. I knew we'd win the game from the outset. Meanwhile, not to take away anything from the coach, but the reality is that, wins like this tend to take off the lid in his case. This doesn't change anything about him. He's not tactically astute. He is bad with rotations. He doesn't improve players... Mehn, don't even get me started.
