This is to sensitize all the primary and secondary school that their is need for extreme vigilance and preventive measures to be put in place as pupils resume schooling on september 22nd, 2014. Pupils should be screened on resumption for high temperature(fever),-especially boarding schools pupils.
The idea of using the gunlike non-contact infrared thermometer doesnt look too good to me for 2 reasons:
