Use K brother glutha soap #350. Make sure u use it with sponge. Sponge those dark areas very well, it will clear like wild fire. For the cream, I suggest Zenox cocoa butter #350. You can buy dettol antiseptic and pour it into ur bathing water so as to reduce the itching.

please stay away from Zenox cocoa butter it's darken alot, I ve it self, try out Irish gold egg yolk lotion with d soap he/she mentioned of

Hi, doctor, I started having these black growths on my face about five years ago. They were small black dots then, like birth marks. Now they are morphing into something else. They are joining together to form mini islands on my skin. What troubles me most is that i have seen them on a lot of dark skinned older people and there doesn't seem to be a cure.
