I guess dude was asking if payment will be made to the Academy. I can't blame him for asking, we all don't know his financial status.

I will advise u guys consult a medical practitioner. Especially if it wasn't like that before. There is no serious issue about it. Approach him lovingly and let him know how you feel. And let him know u have faith the condition will be over soon.
