Here's where it gets weird:
A day after eBay ruled the case in our favour, seller replies saying she doesn't know why a refund was issued to us without her approval. Then, files a counter-case on eBay against us.

The product was checked (again!) and a tracking number was found there. She just fixed it same yesterday. A response has been sent to her that if indeed confirmation is done and the product has been received, she'll be paid her money via PayPal. The case is with eBay though and I'd let you know as it progresses.

Ok thanks but the seller never replied within the 1 week given so why is she being such an arse... Excuse my language... But I think she knows what she's doing by doing such... She doesn't wanna lose her ebay credibility but she'd get negative feedback that's for sure. Thanks again for the update
