Yes thay have, Israel jets are now using Cyprus to a base for their Air Force. They can not fly fighter jet from Israel.And countries like Azerbaijan,Qatar are being used to lunch drone toward Iran.

To be honest Iran said they have hypersonic missiles but no one believed them. It appears they were not lying, Israel might have seriously underestimated Iranian missiles capability.

Israel jets are now operating from British base on Cyprus.
