It depends on the state and the political actors there.

For example, in a state like Oyo where APC is the opposition and with no clear political leader since Ajimobi died, the delegates will swing mostly to whoever can offer them the most package.

Compared to a state like Osun with an APC Governor, the delegates from there will mostly be the Governor loyal associates and they will be elected as delegates to do the bidding of the Governor and they will do so because they will need the Governor to further their own ambition also.

I don't have strength to be explaining things that already clear cos you want to argue for argument sake.

Klopp deserved to win epl manager of the year because
1, the award is not meant strictly for epl winner.

2, they consider different variables before chosing the winner.

If the award is strictly for winners of the epl, then it would make no sense to give it klopp.

The variables considered are Klopp played more games and could have easily won the league if he didn't have to worry about winning other games like guardiola.

Tuchel didn't come close to winning epl. He barely qualified for top 4. And he didn't go far in ucl which had more games than fa cup and caraboa. So he is not even close to guardiola.

So why are struggling to get this?
You hate klopp doesn't mean you have to argue everything.
