I have never considered Chelsea more than a top4 team since 2010. Not even when Mourinho and Conte so titles, I knew it was an overachievement and their inability to maintain it proved that given we had so many weaknesses. So far he's achieved top4 while winning some cups and reaching regular finals, he is over performing.
