If Havertz have Mount's workrate, Tuchel would have played 343 with Havertz Lukaku Werner up front. That's just the plain truth. Mount serves as the 5th man in midfield when we are defending, and the 3rd man in attack when we are attacking. Havertz can't do that reason why Tuchel went for 352 formation.
