Players command high transfer fees for a number of reasons amongst which are the players performance and length of contract. Havertz last season for Leverkusen was miles better than Mounts season under Lampard. Fact is, Havertz has always been in the news for the right reasons long before your favorite player. You don't expect Real Madrid or Barca to have interest in someone like Mount when he was at Derby County.
