I don't think you can get a new and good laptop with less than 300k, except if your demands are low or you want a UK used device

It could also mean, you can dip in water and can not dip in water. It's simple. It's better to get a phone with IP69 rating. Not all accidents can be prevented.

Water resistance means, it can survive splash of water depending on the rating, if you are using IP54/IP64 it can't survive water at all, but all phone with IP69 can survive water no matter if you dip it in water or not.

Except the specs I am looking for can't be found in budget phones, that when you see me spending a lot on luxury.

What is quality when you have the realme C75X and C75? I believe your taste matters. And if course your finances affect your purchasing decisions

Don't know much about laptop, I feel everyone have a brand they love to use, so you can check out for he specs in linke with your budget. For budget phones to gift you can go for the spark 40 or the infinix or the realme latest device

Starting with Samsung may not be a good idea if you are a clumsy person because once it falls what happened to shooting the content? Why not try other brands with lesser cost and see if they meet the criteria

I used to think iPhone were only the best to film content if you can't get a camera, until I met many who used android phones to do that, and the quality so far were top notch as well. It's good to start with an affordable device like the realme C75X that gives you the exact features you want.

And for me, if I needed more, I would go for the realme C75. Although the differences aren't much but it's of high quality

For now I am thinking of getting the realme C75X for my little sister, her phone keeps hanging and crashing everytime. She could do much because of how old and unstable the device is. The realme C75X is quite affordable and it's large storage and camera is something that would be of great use for her

That's another factor to consider, not all devices with such innovation will come in handy and affordable.
