Watching Kylian's video, after he mentioned coaches.. a club without coaching stability will always lose their best stars in little or no time.
And without it the growth & progress of the team will be stunted.
I'll give poch the Lee way this season bcoz of how young the boys are, but his in-game management is up there as one of the worse I've seen as a Chelsea coach.
