I didn't see anybody but †ђξ security. I collected "Oga's" number & called him after negotiations. he said okay Friday one of his pple will come n' attend to me. †ђξ said woman come dey do like okro soup & time was goin to I decided to take matters into my hands wrote †ђξ letter and typed and prited myself using their letter head & she signed. I got to †ђξ L.g. B4 2pm dem wan come dey shine eye for me say make I come back wednesday say in her words "shey U no know say today na half day?" I then told her that I just collected it †ђξ day b4 and when I got to †ђξ ppa. I met no-one. Luckily for me, I had already bought a file and made photocopies. They were trying all angles to delay me till wednesday but I was beating them at their game. They sha gave up & I filled all fillables.

Bottom line: Govt. Workers are v.lazy. And dem no send whatever story u have that may have genuinely kept you or caused your ignorance. So you have to be sharp when dealing with 'em. Sorry for †ђξ long post.[/b]

ok why thurs? go on wednesday na so u can go to the new ppa then com back on friday(hopefully,dats if dey giv u acceptance letter), do ur reg n clearance. cal ur LGI, he/she will tell u wat to do, when i called mine she said when dey accept u in ur ppa dats wen u can clear, d deadline is nt applicable to us now, until a month time

they didn't post us acc to our discipline o, som were juz lucky.

Like those of us that had our files already established with Nysc in LG, just walk up, select your file, attach one copy of your acceptance/clearance form behind, then another in front.....meet the two ladies in front and make sure you go with your Identity card..once it approaches your turn, ur file will be collected, then ur Id asked for she signs on ur forms..........ask you to register your info..then you go inside to meet another lady, give her your file, after she collects the form in front, u will drop ur file under the table and register on a sheet depending on your bank after then you are free dear!......the only thing that may extend it is population of corpers, but if people are less, you are done within 30mins trust me!

But since you are in lere LG, i will urge you to go down there and explain to them and know what you will be told...the young man in charge is very cool headed and ever ready to assist......

For those oga at the top saying no clearance for us, oyo remains una case..... The entire batch b was given the benefit of getting cleared with their acceptance letter since we haven't started working yet! I did my clearance with my acceptance letter, and funny, they were many of us stream2 peeps there for the clearance so please don't get misled by these social media facades!!!

I jus called my LGI, she said yes it is always 1st-7th, bt not applicable to us na. Once u r accepted in ur ppa come to the LG n u will be cleared, it can only start from Nov or Dec not now. And she also said if you miss the clearance date due to some reasonable reasons you can always come to the LG or call her to complain then they will clear you for that month while you apply for you allawee.

ifeadikanwanne: In surulere LG, its btw 1st - 7th according to Nysc Staff there which i definitely will go with..after all the "posting letter" read accommodations should be provided for corpers or payments in lieu, then no interviews should be conducted et others, yimu! Just wonder how many of us were given a roof over their heads...many are not even paid to start with...so my dear, try to get to your LG and do whatever u re told and not what the call up letter reads to avoid had i known!

N:B A liable source told me, there is likely to be a 2days Grace or more to substitute for the 3days(1st, 6th and 7th) public hols to enable peeps to get cleared without hitches...... Goodluck dear!

Chai, the chairman in my ppa is nt always around n I'm told to com after Sallah to collect my acceptance letter, pls is it possible for me to go do the registration n clearance witout the acceptance letter frm my ppa. I'm lost, serzly confuse here

Regarding #1, we aren't going there primarily to get drunk. Buh no matter †ђξ amount of drinks wey dey e must go down that being said its not only drinks †ђξ cash is useful for; they made mention of snacks, a beach ball, disposable cups. And in case of in-caseity(very impt)

we need to knw what we wanto do for dat no 4 o, not waitin on dat day. abeg who wan stand up dat day? lets juz hav a plan b

mikedimeji: Good evening all. On this subject matter (beach party) every body has spoken well. Beautiful suggestions and all that. But pls I have some questions and I want us to look at it objectively.
1. Talking about drinks, are we all buying drinks both male and female? If yes what do we intend to do with the remaining drinks Becos am very sure we will have excess. Take for example if 1/3 of the number coming there do not take alcohol and decides to buy a pack of Ceres juice each, don't we think there will be over excess of drinks, don't forget we are not going their to get drunk.
2. Talking about dress, people are talking about how to change, how do we Intend to go about it. As much as we guys feels we do not have any problem changing any where we have to consider the ladies very well, I wouldn't want us to assume anything.
3. Has any body gone to this particular beach to know what is obtainable there whether or not Is conducive for us having in mind that we are spending close to 4hours on the average.
4. What is the program of event, what are we going to be doing from 11am to 4pm, we are talking of 4 hours on the average. Are we just going to be standing for 4hours?
Pls I feel we need to reach a conclusive conclusion and have some concrete arrangement on ground in order to have a fun fill beach party, let's not assume anything.
My opinion though.

thank you! apart from football(nobody has agreed on bringin dat) wat oda games r we plannin to engage ourselves in, we need to suggest som now,not wait until dat day. if not serious boredom o.
i think we can juz say 10-20 random things abt ourselves first, dats for intro, then do a truth or dare game(pls lets b considerate wit d kind of thing we ask pple to do), dance competition(djs in beach hardly play music, until evening somtyms o),and also running competition. pls everybody lets conclude on the activities that will take place. for the time, are we to get there by 11am or what? we need a fixed time, nor be say 3 pple go com 11am, then 20 go com by 1pm. we shud say sumfin abt late coming
