If you have already interviewed with us and received a visa saying that you were going to Florida, it is possible there will be some confusion at the port of entry. This is an issue to discuss with Customs and Border Protection.

However, if you haven't had your visa interview yet, simply explain the situation at that time and the consular officer will understand.

Nwachukwu said that he spent N200,000 on the prototype excavator and he needs N12,550,000 to buy the necessary equipment to launch full production….. sorry bro, Eze Nkita wants us to make donations to dogs instead

It sounds like you want to visit not immigrate, is that right? First, in order to perform in the United States as a professional artist, you must be petitioned for under the P classification (NOT B1/B2 tourist/business visa). Second, you will need the petition, passport, passport photo, and confirmation page at your interview.

Once more, we don't give odds on the likelihood of you getting a visa.
