BASIC SACS TRAINING
SACS is used in Modelling and running analysis for offshore platforms.

INPLACE ANALYSIS
The training is a min. of 16hrs., one on one training during weekends and will cover the following topics;

Seastate Analysis (wind,wave and current load on the platform),
PSI (Pile Soil Interaction),
Joint Can design.



ADVANCED SACS TRAINING
The SACS advanced training class is intended for those who are familiar with the Basic part, we offer the following


FULL PLASTIC COLLAPSE ANALYSIS: This analysis is used to check the integrity of a platform that has exceed the initial design life (25yrs) and need to be re-certified for further use. Duration of training is 5hrs



BOAT/SHIP IMPACT ANALYSIS: This is a plastic phase analysis that shows how energy is absorbed in the case of accidental impact by a boat or ship on the platform and the global effect of the jacket. Duration of the training is 5hrs



LOAD-OUT ANALYSIS: This type of analysis is used to determine if the member will not fail during the load-out phase incase of loss of support during the process. Duration of training is 5hrs


LAUNCH ANALYSIS: This type of analysis is used to determine if the jacket can be successful launched without any form of damage to the jacket, and to determine if the jacket is buoyant enough to float after launching. Duration of training is 5 hrs



LIFTING ANALYSIS: This type of analysis is used to determine the suitability of the lift structure to resist the forces acting on the structure during lifting. Duration is 8hrs
