The Civil War was fought with less lethal weapons compared to what will happen if a all out war is fought.

The SS wouldn't want to get involved, because getting involved means all oil installation can become legitimate targets. The SS will rather be neutrals in this war, compared to the civil war where they were conquered.

Boko haram have ISIS in Syria, AQIB in the Magbrib, Alqeada in Somalia as allies. These terrorist groups support them with training and equipment. IPOB would not get any international support, because America see Nigeria as an important partner, a major UN contributor to peacekeeping. France on the other hand wouldn't want a war so that the fight against Boko haram wouldn't be disrupted.

The Odds are against IPOB, the SE is 7 times less than Niger state in land mass. Encircling it wouldn't take much.

Nigeria air superiority is a factor to considered, IPOB will loose control over its airspace and sea embargo will be imposed. Remember, this war will be limited to the SE alone.

The South West will surely steam up their borders against flow of refugees.

Turkish connection?? am not yet convince, Turkey is a major defender of Muslims, I don't see them fighting on the side of IPOB that threatened to kill Muslims.

The Civilian JTF in Borno and Yobe can effectively keep boko haram in check while NA concentrate on IPOB

I guess sometimes we just have to accept the fact that we can't really change the world. We can give it a try by doing our part, making someone happy, spreading love, shunning hate.... but still somewhat somewhere, there would still be people in deep pains... suffering. We can't let the worries of that deprive us of the happiness and joy we get from the little things we do...... this life is a short one,try to make the best out of it .

Certified 100 level students at the time of application (Only students admitted in 2016/2017 academic session)

NOTE: The following categories of students should not apply:
200 level students and above
Current beneficiaries of similar Awards from other Companies and Agencies
Dependants of NAOC/NAE/AENR
Only Indigenes of NAOC Host Communities in Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta and Imo States SHOULD apply for the Host Communities Merit Award.

Deadline: Closing date for receipt of e-applications is strictly Midnight, September 29th, 2017.

14. Upload a scanned copy of the signed profile, this would be used for verification.
15. If National Identification Number (NIN) number was not available in step 6, to obtain your National Identification Number (NIN)
Visit http://ninenrol.gov.ng to register and learn more about the National Identity Number
Click "Create Account" and fill in the required fields
Login with Email and Password to complete the form
After completion, schedule a date for photo and finger print capture
Visit any of the capture centres https://www.nimc.gov.ng/?q=nin-registration-centres to complete the registration process and obtain your National Identity Number
You can also do your total registration at the NIMC office
16. Return to www.scholastica.ng/schemes/naocscholarships and update application with National Identification Number (NIN) to ensure completion

Note: Multiple applications attract a disqualification penalty from the Scholarship board
