Please house I will like to ask which bank is best to pay school fees to the UK. I got admission into Regent’s University and I plan to pay my fees on Monday. I need my CAS by upper Monday so I need a bank that is fast and reliable. I’ve heard Keystone bank is okay but can I get a second opinion...thank you
