I may not be an expert in dream interpretation but i think i can help with the first dream.
During the earlier days of my deliverance, each night i would pray and bind the spirit of lust because i was seeking deliverance from a spirit husband. Each of these nights after saying this prayer seriously, i would have a particular dream. I usually dreamt of being pursued by a dog. This dream continued until God gave me victory over this dog.
The dog in the dream signifies the spirit of lust. Lust includes fornication , perversive sexual thoughts, masturbation,sexual fantasies and imaginations. So check your actions and your thoughts.
I don't think that the dream is in anyway related to your ex girlfriend's love for dogs, it just means that the spirit of lust is after you.
Seeing yourself playing with this dog means that you have been toiling with this sinful sexual habit or thought and probably thinking it wasn't spiritual harmful until it backfired. The owner of the dog is the demonic power driving this spirit. You have made this power your friend by engaging in sexual sin which is a violation of God's law, but for his grace, he gave you this dream to help you retrace your steps,
I believe it is a revelation from God, pray seriously and desist from all sexually sinful habits and thoughts.
