Like I said earlier, One got to be careful. The fastest way to sell a land / house (especially if in a prime location), Car, etc is to use it as collateral. Might sound some how but person need sense to stay ahead.

If I want to sell a house / Land and people are not quick to respond, I could instead trick them by asking for a loan, then using said property as Collateral. They mostly would agree, unKnown to them, it's a trick because I have no intention of ever Paying back.

Importation is something I’d really like to go into. I’ve spoken to two people here about it already, but being out of the country right now makes it hard to take any actual steps. Fyi, even as a practising farmer with years of experience, i pay for consultancy till tomorrow for anything outside my expertise.
