I don't trust this Kwakwanso at all. He may still be working with the governor even though he has gone to the APC. Refusal of Kwakwanso to deputize Obi has a deeper message than meets the eye.

When are they going to ask the NNPC to refund the money stolen by them which is more than the national debt? They should continue giving grants or loans to students but they should equally create an enabling environment for them to be able to pay back. Otherwise, they are joking.
