The truth of the matter is that you should be grateful to the guy for trying to market your products for you (you don't know if the guy was the first person he saw and maybe because of the price the guy gave him he now try to find similar and buy from you the original owner, again he may bought it from you at the price he bought it because he feels your own price is cheaper than the price the guy gave him)
I can go on and on to explain why you should be grateful to the guy.

Lastly the guy will only need you if he come to you to collect the laptop without paying and tell you he want to show it to a customer. Or if you want him to be your sole distributor.

But for business of buy and sell that is more or less like a drop shipping the guy no need your picture and as long as it wasn't for fraud purposes they is no cause for alerm
