Having serious headache since July, treated malay and typhoid but the pain didn't go. I even got migraine drugs but it won't go away iof recent I started having cold..and no am not pregnant.

Explain the headache further. Do you feel it on one side or both sides of your head? Does light or loud sound make it worse? Do you have some body reactions that let you know the headaches would soon come?

Dont be scared. Blocked ears usually happen after period of cold and cattarrh. This is because the nose and ears are connected. So the blocked feeling would leave on its own. But, if in one week, it still doesnt go, you need to go to the hospital so you can be examined.

Take Fleming 1g twice daily for one week, Hyoscine bromide 10mg three times daily for one week and Arcogin 1 dly for two weeks. You would be fine. If not, let me know.

Okay. What exactly are the symptoms youre experiencing? It may not be typhoid. So I would like to know what youre feeling.

What you have is most likely an ulcer. Ulcers are caused mostly by a bacteria. So what should be done is to remove the bacteria.
Buy Omeprazole 20mg twice daily for Two weeks. It wud reduce the pain. But proceed to do a H.Pylori test to confirm if you have the bacteria.
