Hello room please i need clarifications about this matter, on 1st oct i createe a sporty acct and i quickly fund it 10k and 5k using 737 ussd, but sadly the money didnt reflect on the spoty account. and if i checj the transaction status on GTbank self service it shows SUCCESSFUL. ever since then i sent dozens on mails and contacted GTBANK about the issue so i can get reversal but all what am getting from the is that my issue is been escalated and currently worked on. i call there customer care morethan 10times its been 2months plus and i dont know were my funds is. PLEASE HOW CAN I GET MY FUNDS? who shall i report the issue to? spoty or gtb?
