Bro i dnt no o but dere zonal office address are in enugu, lag, phc, akwaibom, edo, ibadan, gombe, kano,kaduna, borno so u shud no where ur state falls in based on geopolitical zone

Yes write application letter handwritten n typed n 2 passport photograph plus ur documents like birth, fslc, waec, degree, nysc cert, local govt identification n cv...dats wat I sent to my friend n he submitted it like that

Your zonal state is enugu....a friend of mine submitted his own n mine yday cos i stay in lag due to work...so i think d submission is based on ur state of origin
